LeapFrog was founded in 1995 by Michael Wood after he discovered that there were no toys available to help his son learn phonics. As part of its mission to encourage a lifelong love of learning in children and adults, the company develops fun, interactive, and educational toys. In its first nine years, LeapFrog has earned more than 300 awards for its innovative products.
